Appreciation

I was with my mother at this nice jewelry store yesterday, and I saw this necklace that caught my attention. It was a heart-shape key pendent. I tried it on and I thought it looked very cute! I wanted to buy it but at the same time I wasn't sure if I should waste my money on it, and I asked the lady who worked there, how much it was and she said "For you $35." The regular price was $40. My mom was telling me think about it because it was pretty pricey for that necklace. I told her we can go back later, if I really want it I could come back for it. At the end of the day we didn't go back for it, I was thinking about the pendent on the way back home. When my mother came back home today, she came into my room check on me. I was cleaning and organizing my room. Then she walked to the kitchen to get the room ready, then I heard my little brother coming in my room and telling he had something that I like. I was thinking is it Hi-Chews?  And I was so curious to know what he had behind his back. I told me to tell me already! Then he presented me the heart-shape pendent that I wanted! He told me that he bought it but I knew it was my mother who bought it for me. I sprint to the kitchen to give thanks to my mom. She saw how happy I was, and told me to put it on. I did for a few minutes but I took it off later on because I felt icky from cleaning my room. I am still cleaning it, but I will come back to it tomorrow because I am exhausted! My mother is so awesome! :)
